Enfin, une lager foncée, avec pour la première fois Humanité, notre Porter Baltique dans un style très classique. Ce Porter Baltique, tout en finesse, est issue d'une lente fermentation et d'une longue période de maturation. Vous y trouverez une douce texture avec un bel équilibre entre de légères notes d'amertume et de houblons nobles et un sucre résiduel bien dosé. L'aromatique est dominé par des notes maltées, de toffee et une touche légèrement torréfiée. Nous avons voulu faire de Humanité un Porter Baltique excessivement facile à boire.

Pours a real dark brown colour, almost black, hardly any highlights. The head is big, creamy, mocha-coloured with great retention and creamy lacing. Roasted barley aroma base giving out notes of dark fruits, molasses and coffee. Roasted malt taste with a touch of liquorice and molasses. Very smooth, silky, on the thicker side with a decent drying finish. Nice mild bitterness and all quite easy to drink.
