Smoothie Sour avec Framboise, Fraise, Cassis, Bleuet & Crème Glacée sans Lactose. Voici une nouvelle version d’Éclat ! Nous avons utilisés une quantité déraisonnable de purées de framboise, fraise, cassis et bleuet que nous avons ajouté à une bière sure. En plus, nous y avons ajouté de la crème glacée sans lactose. Le résultat est aussi spectaculaire que rafraîchissant avec des fruits qui apportent une belle touche sucrée et acidulée.

Murky deep red with a hue of purple, some bubbles coming to the top and the regular film over the glass. Berries in the nose with a touch of vanilla. Flavours of the berries with the raspberries and blueberries blending well over the strawberries, cassis hints to balance. The sourness works very well here with the fruits and surprisingly not really tarty, but refreshing overall with that touch of ice cream that lingers.
