Smoothie Sour avec Bleuet, Fraise, Ananas & Goyave Rose. Voici une nouvelle version d’Éclat ! Cette fois nous avons utilisés une quantité déraisonnable de purée de bleuet, fraise, ananas et goyave rose que nous ajouté à une bière sure. Le résultat est aussi spectaculaire que rafraîchissant avec des fruits qui apportent de la texture mais également une belle acidité.

Enjoyed at the Gatineau pub, on tap, pouring a red-purple colour with a decent sticky lacing. Flavours are very well-blended with the berries and sour base. Great berry aromas, again. Smoothie thickness, but not lingering in the finish. Another great sour smoothie with loads of berries and more.
