Murky dark red colour with a frothy-thick pink-purple head that sticks around for a while and leaves some dirty film lacing. At first, aromas of cherry and raspberries. Then, blackberries and blueberries come out. The Tonka bean is felt in the taste giving vanilla notes and other spices over the berries. Hints of mintiness, and cacao and all that is going on here is nicely balanced... and works.
