Voici un hommage à Déméter, la déesse grecque de l'agriculture et des moissons, sous la forme d'une Kellerbier à la texture bien douce aux saveurs craquantes. C'est à la fois une bière de soif rustique à la fois simple et complexe issue d'une lagerisation très courte. Nous avons utilisé une petite dose de blé au brassage afin d'accentuer la rondeur de sa texture.

Second Kellerbier of the night, pouring a clean, light-golden colour with a white bubbly-frothy head that stays only a little while, and not much lacing is left. Decent herbal aromas over cereal, spicy malts. The taste shows some mild grassiness over sweeter malts. Gets a little hazy near the last pour. Not a bad beer, but seems more like a cross between a Pils and a Zwickelbier.
