Nous sommes heureux de vous présenter Cacophonie, une toute nouvelle lager. Cacophonie est un hybride d’une lager franconienne et d’une lager à l’américaine. Nous avons gardé l’essentiel des techniques et des ingrédients propres au lager pale allemande mais en incorporant du houblon Citra. L’ensemble est bien craquant, désaltérant et délicat avec une touche aromatique légèrement plus fruitée provenant du Citra.

Bright, light golden-yellow colour with a big frothy white cap, good retention and lots of sticky lacing. Lemon citrus peel aromas over straw malt. The taste shows some spiciness found in an American Pilsner with the citrus zest lingering. A crisp mouthfeel with enough dryness in the end. Quite a good lager with the Citra taking control, some Pils spicy touch and decent straw malt base.
