Alunissage est une lager non traditionelle inspirée de différente traditions et techniques. Au brassage, nous avons utilisé une quantité important d'épeautre et blé de cru avec un malt pilsner allemand traditionnel. Nous avons également utilisé les houblons nobles allemands Hallertau Mittelfruh et Tettnanger avec une touche de Motueka, un houblon néo-zélandais. Le résultat est une lager rustique aux accents allemands avec des notes très aromatiques de fleurs et d'herbes séchées avec une touche de zeste d’agrumes sur un corps rond et bien céréalier.

Very slightly hazed with tiny bubbles, a big frothy-soapy white head, good stay and streaks of foamy lacing. A beautiful fresh aroma with herbal notes, some spicy malts, cereals, hints of pines and citrus. The taste shows citrus peel freshness with some mild grassiness and spicy graininess. Wow! What a refreshing, spicy, cereal brew like a great micro-Pils.
