A most excellent bottle!A beautiful beer!Pours crystal clear with a tan rocky head that fades fairly fast leaving some lace behind.Tiny bubbles rising up through the mahogany brown brew make it just that much more appealing to the eye.Nice aroma of chocolate in the nose.Has some mustiness in the nose also, but this doesnt detract from it.Hell its three years old.Nice full mouthfeel. Carbonation is right on.Chocolate and some roastiness comes through with some fruitiness also.Nice well balanced beer.Good dry malty finish.Just the right bitterness, a well made beer.I,m impressed.I was caught off guard when i first poured it and saw the lighter than what i,m used to porter.Guess i,m used to the all black porters in the states. This is a brown porter i assume? Whatever, its a good brew.Has aged well.
