330 ml bottle. Poured in the original BPF snifter an unfiltered hazy dark brown-red colored Brune with a three fingers beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is heavy roasted malts, coffee beans, dark chocolate. The flavour is roasted malts, fruity, sourish cherries. The mouthfeel is sparkling and very smooth. This medium bodied Brune has a pronounced sweet/sour fruity finish. More in the style of a flemish sour ale as a brown ale.
