This is an India Pale Ale made of 3 American hops. It was thought and created as a smooth IPA, with strong hop aroma, a slight touch bitterness linked to a relative smoothness in mouth due to the Anosteké yeast used.

330 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Anosteké stemmed glass an unfiltered and almost opaque orange - pale amber coloured IPA with a one finger creamy, fine, dense and light beige foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is intense juicy fruits, passion fruits, apricots, citrus, a mango touch and resinous hops. The flavour is sweety malts, pronounced biscuits, deep fruity and resinous hoppy bitter. The mouthfeel is creamy, thick, sparkling-prickly, smooth and hoppy bitter. The texture is oily. This medium bodied IPA has a fruity and long bitter finish. Marvelous drinkable, not an hoppy bomb but a deep fruity and hoppy IPA from the French Pays Bas.
