Aprés le succés de la Bracine de Printemps et son houblonnage puissant, nous souhaitions développer une nouvelle gamme de spécialité, encore plus ancrée dans la tradition brassicole. En effet le houblon était trés largement utilisé dans les bières de nos ancêtres essentiellement parcequ'il en assurait la conservation. Anosteké est donc une bière résolument houblonnée lui confèrant ainsi une amertume et une longueur en bouche incomparables. De plus notre Anosteké est la première bière française dont les émissions de CO2 liées à sa fabrication et son transport sont compensées. Anosteké = traduction phonétique " tot anoste keer ", expression de chez nous signifiant " à la prochaine ". Cette promesse de se revoir entre amis autour d'une bonne bière fait partie de nos traditions!

    330 ml bottle. Poured in the original BPF snifter a hazy copper brown colored ale with a two fingers white creamy foamy head that had a long retention. Poor lacings. The aroma is grainy malts and aromatic hops. The flavour is caramel malts and a heavy floral hoppy bitterness, notes of fruits. The mouthfeel is creamy and very smooth. The balance is a real success. This full bodied ale has a lingering hoppy bitter finish and a warming effect. A new product, Mai 2010, in the range and a beautiful success. Nice, tasting, refreshing! great!!
