Our tribute to Montana’s harvest season, this beer’s deep reddish-orange hue is cranked up a notch with a medium body, rich, toasted malt aroma, balanced with just enough fresh hops for perfect harmony. Oktoberfest originated as a festival to honor the wedding of Crown Prince Ludwig of Bavaria to Princess Theresa of Saxony in 1810. The party has continued on and off (mostly on) ever since. With six million visitors to Munich every year for this event, it’s the largest street party in the world. Our version of this German classic is more robust and full flavored, with a medium body, rich, toasted malt aroma, and an overall flavor that is balanced with just enough hops. The finish is a clean, malt-hop Wagner symphonic opera for your mouth. Brewed with Northern Brewer and Czech Saaz hops, along with six different malts including: Pale, Munich, Caramunich, Victory, and Melanoidin. We have named our delicious brew, Harvestfest Lager, in celebration of the harvest season and the arrival of autumn, which certainly does not end in Montana with the passing of October.
