Our German-style Hefeweizen is an unfiltered wheat beer that is handcrafted using only pure imported Hallertau Mittelfrueh noble German hops to give it an original old world taste. With its white creamy long lasting head, golden color, subtle aroma of bananas, and light hop taste, our Hefeweizen has a crisp refreshing taste. The smooth balanced finish makes this a perfect beer for everyday enjoyment!

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

    22oz bottle -

Aroma - sugary in the nose, some spice/clove, nice showing of banana which is amplified by the perceived sweetness

Appearance - hazy gold body, 3" fluffy white head, with impressive retention...nice lacing.

    Mouthfeel - light/medium bodied, with soft carbonation...silky

Flavor - lots of cracker and bread up front, some sweetness mid-palate that brings out the banana flavors. Banana and bread...with a little caramel. Nice.

Overall - If this were in a blind tasting, it would be hard pressed to tell it wasn't made in Germany. A really nice attempt, solidly produced and priced right.
