Desiring all things naturally bright and colorful, the Boojum frequents Graveyard Fields, a place in the mountains where wild berries grow. These days he must be careful & deliberate when he ventures out. Like the Boojum, we had to be careful when adding a bit of color to our Coffee Porter. First, we crafted a classic Brown Porter, then added fresh coffee & just a hint of blueberry to give balance and complexity to this rare brew.

    Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

Taps opaque chocolate with a thin light tan head. Aroma presents roast malt, coffee, and subtle blueberry tones. Flavor offers tart blueberry, roast malt and quality coffee tones. This is quite tart for a porter, definitely distinctive. Body is fair, fizz is lively, finish is dry and pleasantly tart. Blueberry fields for brewing.
