We've collaborated again with our good friend Pambula Oyster Co. by brewing a smoked oyster porter. We added 30kg of freshly harvested Pambula Oyster Co. oysters, shells, pine and meat to the brew, to produce a delicious smoked porter. The shells were roasted to complement the wonderful beechwood smoked malt aroma and flavour.
