The beer has a large amount of carbonation with creates a large and lasting white head. The body is a light, clear amber. The aroma is intensely hoppy. A bit of pineapple and evergreen. The malt is fairly rich which provides a great balance. Just a little on the harsh side. Hides the alcohol well.

Poured a hazy amber color with a medium sizzed, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of pine, citrus fruits, pineapple, some vanilla, but a vegetalness that was quite unpleasant. Taste of tart citrus, some lemongrass, toffee malt, and earthy yeast. From what I understand, it hasn’t spent much time in the bottle, but I fear it is already going downhill.
