A murky yellow with a white head. The aroma is faint strawberry, hay, and some citrus. The flavor is rather sour with some lemons and faint spices. The strawberry element is very slight. The finish is also sour. Overall this a fairly pedestrian saison. Its ok.

On tap at The Market, Maryville, TN. Light straw yellow color, bubbly short white head, some lacing. Nice yeasty aroma and initial taste, a hint of funk, tart palate, zesty, very very light strawberries only after it warms a bit. A bit different but definitely refreshing.

Drawn hazy amber-ish with a small head. Laces well. Sickingly sweet aroma that fills the nose and translates to flavor. Mild - very mild - strawberry. Strange film left on tongue. Lightly bitter finish.
