Pours clear coppery amber with a thin eggshell head. Aroma is not strong, but it does have a good note of blackberry. I LOVE blackberries! More blackberry in the flavor -which is otherwise rather insipid. Mouthfeel hS weK fizz and not much body.

Pours amber with purple tinged body, foamy ivory head that fades quickly. Aromas are earthy, bready malt, blackberry, yeast. Tastes are sweet, caramel, bread, blackberry, yeast, semi-tart but clean finish. Creamy, smooth, and medium bodied.

Wasn't too crazy about this on the first one. Found it too fruity and flavor didn't work that well. By the 2nd and 3rd sample, it started to taste and feel more like a dunkel.....worked somewhat better. To sum it up, I'd say this is a fruity dark wheat. Not really interested in getting again though.

Pours a crystal clear amber color with a purplish hue with small slightly off white head with average retention. The aroma of blackberries hit you right upfront and then a faint malt aroma joins the mix. The taste is just like the aromas. Blackberries right off the bat. Starts of tart but doesn't linger and quickly moves to a sweet. Nice malt background. Well balanced fruit beer. The mouth feel is enjoyable, a very creamy beer that is in between light and medium body. Very refreshing. One of the best by blue moon.

Sampled on 10/11/2012 at GABF. This fruit beer pours a medium amber gold color from the tap. Large sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, with some blackberry. A light to medium bodied fruity beer. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are herbal. Some blackberry flavors, but not all that tart. Decent carbonation. Nice dry finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
