A very nice inoffensive EPA. While there is nothing to distinguish it from many of the American brewed EPAs. What I like about this one is that it is very refreshing with a minimum of an aftertaste. The food served with it always helps too! A reddish gold pour with a thin white head that lasts. Good caramel malt, and floral hop nose. Flavour is the same. No surprises here, just good refreshment when in Nashville!

Knoxville Brewers' Jam 2008. Pours a slightly hazy lighter amber-gold with a thinnish head and some lacing. Some carbonation. Aromas of sweet malts with a medium hops - piney and floral - in the end. Taste is smooth with a decent balance of the malts and hops.

Had this on tap at the Flying Saucer in Nashville. A deep golden color, clear, with a short white head, good retention and lacing. The aroma is slightly sweet and malty. Hops present, but not as bold as other pale ales. The flavor well balanced, good blend of maltiness and hoppy bitterness. Well carbonated, good body, another good one.
