Used to drink a ton of this stuff when I first lived in Bozeman, then the quality went to pot and they started to market in cans and ballie-boys advertising the 5.6% ABV. Used to be my northwest Yeungling, but turned into my Steel Reserve. Pretty much undrinkable these days. Thin, bland, annoyingly fizzy, way too sweet. Too bad.

Medium gold color, medium to large head. Malty lager aroma. A medium bodied lager. Mild malts and somewhat hoppy, it is DOUBLE hopped after all. Way to sweet, corn adjunct? Not much else to say, but Yes it is a lager. It's not skunky, which is a plus, but it is a metallic and alcohol tasting. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean. Aftertaste is a little weird tasting, slightly bitter with some corn sweetness.

I've got to thank my good friend todd for letting me experience one of the finest brews in the land. Actually this stuff was pretty average, but still a solid beer which i would have again.
