Our very first co-lab! This beer was brewed with our good friends over at People’s Pint. A robust porter characterized by a substantial, dark and malty body and complex roast notes. The beer was aged on cocoa nibs for an added chocolate complexity and even richer mouthfeel. Cocoa nibs are a minimally processed derivative from the cocoa bean where it is fermented, dried, cleaned and roasted then removed from the shell.
