500 ml capped bottle, as a 4,6 % ABV. Poured in a shaked Pint glass a clear deep-burgundy-ruby-dark brown coloured Porter with a generous one finger creamy, dense and beige coloured foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is roasted coffee beans, powerful spicy with vanilla and cinnamom, fruity, plums. The flavour is floral hops, dark chocolate, roasted malts and nutty notes. The mouthfeel is creamy, bitter and smooth. The texture is quite thin and oily. This light bodied Porter has a long coffeish and hoppy bitter finish. Well flavoured, very smooth, well balanced, a low ABV, many qualities for a convincing Scottish Porter.

Bottled. Dark brown colour, big brown head. Plum, dark dry fruit and weak alcoholic (!!) aroma. Flavour is sweet malty, acidic and plummy. Flavour was very boring compared to the aroma. Also some metallic hints noteable in flavour.
