Browns usually leave me disappointed, and I recently tried the Rogue hazelnut and found the same thing. Too weak. Too sour. NOT THIS ONE. Ignore the goofy label with the dog embarrassed by having to wear fake red antlers and what you have is a superior brown with good lacing and great caramel and toffee malts. A little sour and a good heavy body. Nice blend of hops (usually kinda absent in browns). I savored a pint of this over an hour.
