COSMIC DISCO DUCK is a smashable light dry-hopped lager brewed with our neigbours Hop Burns & Black. Brewed for DAS HARVEST FEST DEPTFORD LAGER PARTY 2022! This is a follow-up to 2021’s famous COSMIC DISCO EGG. This time, we’ve brought things a little closer to home with some Slovenian hops to get those citrus, noble, and subtle tropical notes. Fermented low and slow, then dry-hopped with Styrian Wolf and Styrian Dragon for a clean and crisp lager. COSMIC! DISCO! DUCK! :-D Made with water, barley, rice, hops, and yeast. Hops: Styrian Dragon, Styrian Wolf, Lemondrop & US Comet. Yeast: 34/70
