With a mocha colored head this bold and beautiful stout has layers of chocolate and roasted coffee like barley that give it a rich flavor that is intensified with the addition of Belgian bitter sweet chocolate. This beer is a velvet painting of chocolate and beer making out while listening to Barry White, painted by Otis Redding…Smooth

This is my first brew from this new brewpub in my region. Pours a dark brown colour with a small white cap, but decent lacing. Aromas of roasted malts with notes of chocolate and hop. Average mouthfeel. The taste is pretty much the same as the nose; chocolate, roasted malts and hops. Decent balanced stout between the malt and hop, that is still refreshing.

Looking pretty good, but not really any head at all. Was expecting a thick foamy head (like the mocha part in the desciption) :( oh well. Extremely dark look. Getting more malts, coffee and various nutty flavours. Hints of chocolate. Nice and smooth going down. No aftertaste from my experience. Very good.
