Big Boot is an unfiltered German-style wheat beer that pours a gorgeous cloudy yellow. What follows next is like magic—smooth, refreshing bursts of clove, banana and mild spices by way of our specialty yeast. It’s like sunshine in a glass.

The beer pours a cloudy orange-gold colour with a generous white head that quickly recedes into a lacy film on the top. The aroma is wheat, yeast, cloves, and banana. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is slightly sweet with hints of wheat malt and bubblegum notes and a hint of spiciness. All in all not bad.

Pours a cloudy golden-orange colour with an off-white head, average retention and some decent lace. Spicy nose over the wheat sweetness with nice yeast. The taste is milder, not as rich as some hefeweizen that are hard to finish. Cloves and banana notes with very light bubblegum in the finish. A refreshing Hefe and much easier to drink. Does the job.
