    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

500 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original La Piautre stemmed glass an unfiltered and hazy orange-brown coloured Fruit Beer with a generous two fingers beige soapy foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles and some bigger one. Soft carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is moderate malty and intense fruity, raspberries, herbal notes, rosmarin. The flavour is sweety malts, intense fruits, raspberries and citrus. The mouthfeel is crispy, high sparkling and quite watery. This light bodied Fruit Beer has a dry fruity finish. A very refreshing and surprising sparkling Fruit Beer from the Loire valley.
