Sverchně kvasené světle pivo s přidavkrem pšeničného sladu. Na vůni je cítít náznak banánů a hřebíčku. Pivo se vynačuje nížší hořkostí a vyšším řizem. Stupnovítost píva se pohybujé podle várky mezí 12.2°-13.5°.

Točené, 300 ml, on tap at the micro-brewery. Poured in the original Beznoska stemmed glass an unfiltered and opaque pale amber coloured Hefeweizen with a one finger slight beige foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is yeast, wheat malts, spicy, cloves and fruity, citrus, bananas. The flavour is yeast, wheat malts, biscuits, spicy, cloves and a vanilla touch, fruity, bananas and herbal notes. The mouthfeel is round and light sparkling. This light to medium bodied Hefeweizen has a dry spicy and malty finish. A pleasant Pšeničné from the new Minipivovar in Praha 9 - Prosek. dobřé pitelná !
