The next Flash Series brew is a dark creation with a deep ruby colour. A full bodied beer with a rich, malty palate of dark fruit flavours, combine with the Belgian yeast to offer up a sweetness that balances the slowly building alcohol hit. Not for the faint of heart.

Had this many times at Flora Hall on tap before this pandemic... hence the danger sauce. Dark brown colour with a warm beige, creamy head, good retention and creamy lacing. Belgium yeast aromas with mild dark fruits and chocolate malts. Hints of bananas. Mouthfeel is fairly refreshing, very lightly dry, but overall on the wet side. More wheat in the taste adding sweetness and banana notes. Nice grassy hops in the finish, but not overloaded. Easy to drink Quadrupel that has less dark fruits and slightly more hops in the end (expected from this brewery).
