    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7

330 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered and hazy oak-burgundy coloured Fruit Beer with a two fingers rosa-pink foamy head that had a quite short retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is an alcoholic feeling and fruits, cherries, apricots. The flavour is sweety caramel malts, fruity, cherries, raisins, spicy, licorice and pepper, grassy hops and a touch of sourness. The mouthfeel is light crispy, quite thick and sticky. This medium bodied Fruit Beer has a dry sticky, alcoholic and bitter finish. An interesting brew from a young and tiny alsacian brewery. The strong alcoholic feeling is quite surprising opposite to the 7.0 % ABV, which are averaging the French standards.
