The beer pours a highly effervescent pale yellow colour with a generous bubbly head that lasts a couple of minutes. The aroma is funk, grass, earthy hops, and yeast. Not much in the way of citrus or fruity notes in the aroma. The aroma is medium bodied with above average carbonation. The flavour is putrid! The flavour is dominated by funky yeast and grains, and nothing good about either of them! This brewery keeps missing the mark for me....and I like the town of Beamsville! -

Pours a hazy, light golden-yellow colour with a frothy white cap, average retention and a bit of foamy lace. Citrus notes in the nose with Belgian Ale yeast that gives a sweetness with some mild grass to balance things. Earthy flavours with the yeast and hints of lemons, bubblegum, spices. Seems like a light brew overall. Things are pretty mild all-around, but decent and refreshing for the style.
