An amazingly drinkable porter, this is. Nice roasty malt prescence through and through, with a smooth front and finish. Minimal hopping, as to not get in the way of the malted grain -- very much to style. I was also impressed with the presentation. Black as night, even under the unwaffering glare of the SoCal setting sun. Definately a winner from the Belmont Brewing Company. //TB
