A quintessential American pale ale, brewed with a blend of American hops. This copper colored ale is well balanced and pleasantly bitter with a spicy-citrus hop aroma, produced by a blend of Cluster and Cascade hops.

Pours a clear amber with a thin eggshell head. Crisp aroma is malty with a woody hoppy undertone. Malty flavor is a tad sweet, with a hoppy note to balance. Smooth texture is pleasing, if average. A good one to drink whilst watching the Red Sox play.

i'm gonna have to do some research and find out what hop is the ass hop, or maybe there's something else going on. slight aroma and flavor of bitter ass. not as prominent as, say, the Jospeh James pale ale, which was wretched and smelled like a fart, but this ain't a good beer either. some pleasant bitterness really the only decent thing going for it. average at best, but really, that's even a stretch.

Deep amber color with short-lived head. Hoppy, sweet aroma was very nice but was gone almost immediately. Very thin body took away from a decent sweetish malty flavor. Seems like they might have scrimped on this one - a little more attention could easily improve this beer.

Medium Brown color, medium head. A medium bodied pale ale. Slightly roasted malts, slightly nutty with a touch of chocolate. Nice hop bitterness. Good balance, nice mix of flavors. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. After taste is fairly bitter. A little hoppy for a an American Pale Ale, but a nice beer.

A solid amber colored ale. Crisp maltiness, and nice use of US hops. This was nothing special, and not a treat to look at, but better than most of the crap out there.

Can't say I was a huge fan of this beer. I was half snapped from the Sox game and it still didn't taste too good so....I wouldn't receommend buying it. Can't give too many particulars about it besides that.
