Sunburst orange with a white foam. Saison shows mango-y and peach-y aromas with a single sweet spice. The palate brings fruit to the front blending in cinnamon and gentle tartness on a medium-dry body that is complex and brightly carbonated. Brussel's tapered walls do a wonderful job trapping and focusing the complex and aromatic sensations in saison. It's curved base also allows you to warm the beer if you choose, pushing fruit to the front for a new experience.

The beer pours a clouded golden orange colour with a short lived white head. The aroma is yeast, light fruits, and grains. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with slightly above average carbonation. The flavour is yeast, grainy, slightly salty, with a spicy finish. Not a lot of fruit in the flavour.
