Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7

625ml bottle
7.1% ABV
Six Pints Brewing/Beer Academy (Toronto, Ontario, Canada)
Bottled on May 13, 2013
July 21, 2013
$6.58
A 69 day old maibock, but that is partly my fault as I misplaced the bottle in the cellar. The beer pours a translucent light scarlet colour with a thin tan head that quickly disippates. Aroma is grains, floral hops, and weak yeast. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. Flavour is toasted malt, yeast, weak caramel. A pretty good attempt at a spring bock.
