Poured on tap at the brewery a cloudy apricot yellow colored beer with a two fingers white creamy foamy head that had a long retention. Wonderful lacing. Mid-sized carbonation The aroma is yeasty, sour malts. The flavour is a superb sour effect an then comes a beautiful sweety sensation. The palate is round. The balance sourness / sweetness is perfect. The finish of this full bodied beer is a lingering warm and sweety moment. A superb tasty and refreshing beer. Exceptional!!
