    Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9

Bottle bought at the brewpub. Poured a hazy medium amber colored Weisse with a three fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had an excellent retention. Active carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, fruity, bananas, citrus, apples. The flavour is wheat malts, fruity, apples, banana, citrus, spicy, cloves, notes of pepper. The mouthfeel is crispy and round. This medium bodied Weisse has a lingering fruity finish. A real superb Weisse from a tiny village in Upper Franconia.
