This crisp, refreshing ale displays peppery notes in harmony with citrus zest, intriguing floral aromas and a mild clove flavour. Patio saison is a snappy beer with a dry finish. The beer pours a hazed translucent honey gold colour with a white head. The aroma is funk, yeast, light citrus, and light spices. The muothfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is honey, yeast, grains, with a funky aftertaste. Nothing spectacular.

Pours a nice thick frothy off white head and has a hazy, orangey appearance. Leaves some pretty sticky lacing. Aromas are quite yeasty with notes of citrus hops, oranges and sweet malts. Flavours are mainly citrus fruits (oranges, tangerines, etc). Some notes of yeast, bitter hops and tartiness. Somewhat of a tangy sensation on the palate. Nice and smooth mouthfeel. Great retention. Very refreshing and flavourful brew, perfect for the patio for sure!

Best of Beau's 4-pack, 6.3% ABV. Pours a cloudy golden colour with a fizzy off-white head, average retention and low lacing. Spicy aromas, notes of orange and honey, caramel malts. Belgian Ale yeast taste with a nice blend between the citrus and the grain. A decent refreshing summer patio brew. Too bad today is Christmas. :P

On Tap: Beautiful shimmering orange-gold color, 2 finger tight white cap, appropriate carbonation (much like a bottle conditioned ale). Aroma is a bouquet of spice, succulent fruits, biscuity malt, floral hops. A little more substantial body than lighter colored Saisons. A flavourful blend of pungent wheaty buiscuity malt, fruitiness, herbacious undertones, a bit of citrus - goes to a clean dry bittering finish. Very thirst busting and a welcome break from Saisons that obliterate the ale’s subtlty with corriander and other adjuncts.
