Very complex malt flavours form the basis of this multi-grained dark beer. Velvety smooth with a drying fruity hop finish. Knoll’s Porter is based on Bridgewater Ales’ Delph Porter which won Stockport Beer of the Festival in 1999. Richard has recreated it with the kind permission of Ken Birch who devised the original recipe.
