V pivu je citit karamelova, lehce kavova chut'. Barva tmava, nepruhledna. Tento 13. % special se vari klasickym dvourmutovym zpusobem, pro dosazeni plné sladové chuti. Pridava se do nej plzensky, karamelovy a barvici slad. Pro dosazeni lahodné horkosti pridavame chmel: Zatecky polorany cervenak a Sladek.

Docene, on tap at the brewery. Poured an unfiltered amber brown colored beer with a slight beige one finger foamy head that had a good retention. Good lacing. The aroma is floral hops, slight roasted malts, notes of caramel. The flavour is slight roasted malts, floral hops. The balance malty / bitterness is excellent. The mouthfeel is very smooth. This medium bodied beer has a lingering bitter end. A solid Pivo.
