http://www.barleyjohns.com/graetzer/ An old style of beer from Poland (formerly Prussia), a Grätzer is a Smoked Wheat Ale. Nearly lost to history, some American craft brewers such as ourselves are trying to resurrect this nearly lost style. Copper in color with a white head, citrus/wheat aroma with a smoky taste that finishes with a dry cereal character that simply insists you take another sip. Malts Used: 2-Row, Wheat, Unmalted Wheat, Smoked Barley, Aromatic | Hops Used: Galena, Mt. Rainier, Celeia | Yeast: House Strain
