Cask@The New Wheatsheaf, London. Amber colour, mediumsized creamy head. Aroma is strawberries, malty, some fruity and earthy notes as well. Flavour is fruits, earth, some strawberries and also quite nutty. Pleasantly balanced.

Cask handpump at the Swan in the Rushes, Loughborough. Amber coloured with a creamy white head. Very fruity, although I wouldn’t have identified it as raspberry. Unusual and not bad.
