A fresh take on a traditional festival beer. Our Dead Ringer Oktoberfest lager is inspired by old-style Märzen brews customarily enjoyed during Bavaria’s world-famous beer festival. Thanks to an abundance of toasted malt and a lower hop bitterness, this dark reddish brown lager is loaded with sweet, caramel toffee flavors and aromas. All the taste and celebration of Oktoberfest packed into one bottle; no lederhosen required.

    Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

Pours clear, bubbly sienna with an effervescent head that says hello and then takes off. Aroma is not strong, but tempts with fresh malt and caramel tones. Flavor is bolder, with stronger caramel presence as well as fruity and hoppy hints. Body is average, and fizz is barely present; but finish is pleasing. Any time of year can be Oktoberfest!

    Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

Deep dark amber with brownish tinges, the cap recedes quickly leaving a thin off white ring that dosent leave any lace. Usual aromas of toasted malts, some nuttiness and toffee. Flavor is much the same, with the toasted nuttines. Overall it is a step above other beers of the same style if only because of the balance, not weak or over the top. Enjoyable and easy to drink.
