This strong german pale lager was crafted with 2-row,munich & vienna malts. For a maibock, it was hopped In a more aggressive american style to balance the big malt and alcohol. Magnum, nugget, and horizon hops In the boil while challenger hops were used to dry hop. The uniqueness of this lager comes from the local Bautista farms. Valencia, mandarin, blood & navel oranges that were zested and added to the fermentation For their pleasant essence and aroma. This is subtlety at it’s finest! Prost!
