Spinning Yarn Blend A is earthy and funky and just a little herbaceous, all while maintaining a nice, light fruit-forward flavour. Think strawberry, pineapple and peach. If this beer was a wine, it would be a refreshing natty Sancerre. This beer will continue to age and develop for the next 12-24 months and beyond.

Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8
Looks like brewed 2021/07/07, pouring a clean, bright, light-golden colour with a frothy white head, average retention and leaving lots of base foamy lacing and a coat on the brew. Brett nose of earthiness and sourness, with lots of fruitiness (strawberries, tropical fruits, etc). Getting a little hazier as it pours. The mouthfeel is on the thin side, with a nice dry finish and mild tart, woodiness left on the tongue. A decent sour taste, but not puckering, with citrus and herbal hop notes. Quite a nicely brewed Brett Farmhouse Ale that goes down very well. If I would not know that this is from Toronto, I would of said it is from Belgium.
