Sweet on the nose like candy with hints of yeasts and citrus tones. It pours a pretty color and forms a head that portrays the image of a professionally crafted beer. Flavor is sweet with sour undertone, semi dry, yet juicy enough to call balanced. Fruit flavor is also evident, perhaps fig or raisin, with prominent citrus. Job well done! Salud!

THis has been available in the Chicago area for years, and I'm surprised that there are only 3 prior reviews. The label shows a scientific molecule - wish I had a picture. It pours a reddish-gold colour, almost clear, with a huge head. The aroma is grainy malt, light fruit, floral hops, and yeast. The beer tastes slightly sweet due to the light fruity tones, there is some yeast and malt in the flavour as well.

Bottled. Golden colour with huge fluffy head. Aroma is grains, flowery hops, some yeasty notes as well as fruits. Flavour is rather fruity with some earth and yeast mixed in. As it gets warmer it gets some sweetness added to the flavour. Alcohol is very hidden in this.

"This was a really nice one. Beware, no matter how far you tilt the glass when you pour, 1 ounce erupts into 20 ounces of head instantly. Its a great tasting brew besides that."

Pours a beautiful, vibrant golden colour. The head is incredible, erupts like a beer volcano. Lots of citrusy chracter, and overflowing carbonation. sweet, floral and yeasty in the finish. Plenty of bubbles that stick around for a while.
