Strong, smoky flavor has an overtone of bourbon-soaked wood and hints of licorice and caramel. It pours a deep sable that lets light through only at the bottom. Light tan head is thick and fairly persistent. Flavor has robust smoky, earthy, woody, bourbon and coffee notes, very pleasing. Firm texture has a subtle but persistent fizz and leaves a smoky, woody finish. Happily, no need to kiss any @$$ to score one!
