Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a near clear gold body that supports a thin light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up the expected pulse of Brett followed by earthy woodiness and a thin sense of earthy tobacco. The taste delivers blunted Brett tartness and then an earthy plastic note adhered to thin sweet malts. It seems the earthiness tries to pick up a tobacco edge but this isn't solidified in reality but rather perception. Around those notes float some thin sweet fruity esters. I'm digging this.

Feb. 2018: On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Pale yellow colour, huge white head. Aroma of white grapes, spicy yeast and farmhouse. Light bodied. Refreshing flavour, fairly dry, hints of citrus, lots of spicy yeast and distinct bittering hops.
