Colubmus dry-hops added directly to the open fermenter uniquely characterize our IPA with an intensely robust pure-like floral aroma and resinous hop flavor. A pronounced hop bitterness is balanced by a medium-bodied, lightly caramel and toasted malt character with a nutty finish.

I found this beer a bit to over-powering. I only had the one six pack though, so I don't want to judge to harshly without sampling this one again. Not easy to find.

Pours a bright partly cloudy orange colour with a small white head. Decent lacing. Noticeably biscuity with soft well integrated hop character. Aroma is nutty, semi sweet with caramel undertones. A good fall IPA.

This beer pours a hazy orange gold colour. The aroma is bready malt, some citrus tones, and floral hopes. The flavour is weak for an IPA with the malty flavours competing with hoppy flavours. There are certainly better IPAs out there.

An English style IPA that utilizes American hops, I found this offering to be tasty and satisfying in it's own right. A sweet, nutty, grassy aroma with some fresh flowers and pine. Glowing light copper pour with a thick, off white head and rings of heavy lacing. Pleasant bitter bite rounded out by some sweetness. Calm malt body, this beer is nice and refreshing. Caramel and toffee flavors coupled by evergreen and lemon. A balanced IPA that is subdued enough to enjoy a few, and still has enough punch to make it interesting.

This is one good IPA. The pour was nice with the lace following all the way down the glass. I liked the bitter finish. This is one nice beer, very well rounded.I would recommend this one for sure.

Pours dark copper and cloudy with thin, lasting head. The aroma is floral and perfumy. The flavor is bright and hoppy with flowers, pine, and grapefruity bitterness. Medium bodied and well carbonated. Tasty and enjoyable!

Sampled from bottle. This IPA pours clear, dark copper with a creamy off-white head and stunning lacing. Quite enticing. Its aroma is rich caramel, a medley of dark & citrus fruits and spicy, floral hops. Slightly bitter with a strong, bready, caramelized malt backbone and more of the aroma hops. Medium-full body and VERY drinkable. So smooth that I just want to gulp it. Almost more of a ESB than an IPA, but very good no matter what you call it.

12 oz bottle. Pours a hazy amber with a large fluffy white head that retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is grains and an odd mint and floral burnt plastic leather hoppiness.
The flavor is a little odd as well - some sweet fruity malts with a leathery ashy floral hoppiness that has a decent level of bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium with smooth carbonation.
Overall, I didn't really care for this one. It had a bunch of strange notes to it. -

Bottle. Poured a murky brown color with dark sediment and a very thick white head. Aroma was hoppy and bitter smelling. Not that good, to be honest. Flavor was nice, hoppy with a citrus aftertaste. Once you get past the aroma of this, it's a pretty nice beer.

Nice dark color with brown tan full head. A wonderful mixture of caramel and bitterness! A hardy full bodied flavor. So yummy with just about any food. I'll buy this one again for sure.
