Based on the recipe from our last attempt at a Honey Beer (which we hadn’t realised had the same name as one brewed just up the road), Hunny Beer is an amber ale brewed with wild blossom honey. Not too sweet, as you might at first expect, the delicate flavours from the honey are balanced with an initial bitterness followed by a smooth “lager-like” hoppy finish.
